Having lived with an autoimmune disease that makes me gluten intolerant, my true baking mission began when I went completely gluten free five years ago. Navigating that change taught me how hard it is to find incredible treats. So I set out to recreate my favorites. The turning point came when my boyfriend tried my gluten free chocolate chip cookies for the first time. He was blown away and suggested I turn my passion into a business.

My mission is simple. To make gluten free treats so incredibly soft, gooey, and delicious that everyone loves them-whether they eat gluten free or not. From classic cookies to custom creations, every single bite is whipped up with premium ingredients, strict safety standards, and a whole lot of love.
